We come from a range of backgrounds , experiences and qualification levels. We work within the National Quality Framework and as such, we strive to deliver high quality outcomes for all children in our care. Our Educators regularly complete group and individual learning stories and observations and record each child’s progress throughout their lifetime at Bumper Bears Early Learning Centre.

All of our Educators  have undergone working with children checks and all hold current First Aid and CPR certificates. Our educators are also committed to developing their skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities presented to them throughout the year. Come in and meet the team today!
